This adorable quilt would make a wonderful gift for a child or adult. The pattern is easy to follow so even a beginner quilter will have no problem assembling these blocks. If you have a stash of fat quarters and a couple of yards of background fabric, you are ready to begin this project. The scraps that are leftover after cutting the block pieces become the border--along with pieces cut from two extra fat quarters. This quilt is definitely a real stash buster!
Additional sizes and fabric requirements are provided. Lucille comes together quickly and can easily be made in a weekend. A 13" or larger acrylic square ruler is recommended, though the blocks could be trimmed to size using the ruler increments on your cutting mat.
A coloring diagram is also provided in the pattern.
